Yes – I know it sounds crazy but for me, October is not really about Halloween. It’s about the hunt – the hunt for the perfect Christmas gift.
Why do I start so early? I hate holiday shopping.
Don’t get me wrong – I love to give gifts but with those holiday shoppers it’s every man for himself. After the one fateful year where I got punched in the jaw over a Barbie for my angel tree gift I called done.
Justin, in typical guy fashion, doesn’t seem to share my passion for knocking out the holiday shopping early. But I think when we’re not out in the bad weather, walking 5 miles from the parking lot only to have to uppercut someone for the last jingle bell sweater (joke) he’ll truly appreciate my over-eager genius.
